The village, where the house is,is a small and quiet one, only 15 km far from the wonderful beaches of Durankulak (near the border with Romania). The wildlife along the Black Sea coast there is very rich in rare species.
The town of Kavarna (a rapidly developing tourist and cultural center, where Deep Purple, Scorpions, White Snake and others have had concerts recently)is 38 km from the village.
The house is an old one and needs renovation. Since it is at the end of the village, the views are uninterrupted.
